Acapulco Floral is a family owned and operated neighborhood shop located in the Albany Park and Avondale area with 9 years servicing all Chicago and surronding area. Spanish and English spoken we are full service florist, offering a variety of fresh flowers,balloons,plants, stuffed animals, etc. All corporated accounts are welcome. Call us  for your floral needs.

Our shop is open from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Mondays through Friday. Saturdays 9:00 a.m. to 5:00pm and Sundays 9:00am to 2:00pm exception Sunday  February 13th we"ll be open from 7:00am to 7:00pm for taking and delivering orders

To assure on-time delivery during thu busy holiday season help us by placing your order at least two days prior the following major holidads: Valentine's Day , Mother's Day,Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and New Years eve.

Our shop is always closed on Easter Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Cristmas Day and New Years Day.

A local delivery fee of $10.00 will be added to each order, for each address ( deliveries outside our local area this fee may vary). U.S. orders must be received before 12:00 noon in the recipients time zone to assure same day delivery. We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot garantee it. For deliveries on Sunday you must call before to place an order.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
